Terms & Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern all purchases made on the website (the “Site”) between:
Rêverie Vintage, registered in France under SIRET: 10046937800010
and any individual customer making a purchase via the Site.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.
2. Products
Rêverie Vintage offers vintage and second-hand clothing and accessories.
By nature, these items may present:
- minor signs of wear
- small imperfections
- variations due to age
These characteristics are not considered defects, but part of the uniqueness of each piece.
Each item is carefully selected and described with:
- accurate photos
- measurements
- condition details
However, slight color variations may occur depending on screens or lighting conditions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total order amount.
Rêverie Vintage reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting confirmed orders.
4. Orders & Payment
Any order placed on the Site constitutes a binding purchase commitment.
Payment is required immediately and can be made via the payment methods available on the Site (e.g. credit card via Shopify Payments).
Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Rêverie Vintage reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including:
- suspected fraud
- payment issues
5. Shipping
Products are shipped from France to the address provided by the customer.
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery time: varies depending on destination (see Shipping Policy)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
EU Customers
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers within the European Union have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of their order.
To exercise this right:

- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
Exceptions (Very Important)
In accordance with Article L221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom curated bundles / personalized orders
- Items marked as “final sale”
These items are:
- non-returnable
- non-refundable
- non-exchangeable
Claims (Damage / Issue)
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
After this period, claims may not be accepted.
7. Liability
Rêverie Vintage shall not be held liable for:
- indirect damages
- misuse of products
- delivery delays caused by carriers
Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount of the order.
Products are covered by:
- legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14)
- hidden defects warranty (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, images, videos, branding, design) is the exclusive property of Rêverie Vintage.
Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Customers have rights under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), including:
- access
- correction
- deletion
10. Disputes & Applicable Law
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In case of dispute:
- an amicable solution will be sought first
- customers may contact a consumer mediator (free of charge)
- failing agreement, French courts shall have jurisdiction
