Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to France, across Europe… and worldwide!
Europe: Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Ireland, Greece, Poland… and many more.
International: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, United Arab Emirates… as well as many other destinations around the world.

What is the shipping time?
We ship all orders within 1 to 5 business days.
Orders are dispatched every Monday and Wednesday.
France: delivery within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
Europe: delivery within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, via Mondial Relay or Delivengo.
Rest of the world: delivery within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, via Delivengo or FedEx.
Can customs duties apply to my order?
Customs duties may apply depending on the regulations in your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
If these fees are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
An invoice will be sent to you by email, and the order will be reshipped once payment is received.
Returns
How can I return an item?
As our pieces are vintage, second-hand, and one of a kind, we do not accept returns.
Each item is unique, and we take great care to provide detailed descriptions and precise measurements.
We strongly encourage you to carefully check these measurements and compare them with your own before placing an order, to ensure the piece will fit you perfectly.

I would like to cancel my order: how can I do this?
You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.
For any cancellation request, please contact us as soon as possible at info@myreverievintage.com, including your order details.
Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately it can no longer be cancelled.
Withdrawal Policy
For France only: We offer a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase.
If you wish to return an item within this period, you will need to provide a valid reason, and return shipping costs will be at your expense.
This policy is designed to ensure fairness while respecting the precious nature of our carefully curated vintage collection.

How do you set your prices?
The time and effort required to source each treasure also play an important role. Some pieces take hours — sometimes even weeks — to find.
Intricate details such as sequins, beads, or embroidery require greater care and craftsmanship, which justifies a higher price.
Finally, each item is assessed based on its overall condition (Excellent, Good, Fair). A garment that is very well preserved may therefore be priced higher.
How can I know if the clothes will fit me?
You can contact us to request precise measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements with your own clothing or body measurements to make sure the piece will fit you well.
