Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • France: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • International: 3–7 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, postal services, and possible customs delays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • the total weight of your order
  • the destination

We strive to offer fair and transparent shipping rates.

3. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.
Rêverie Vintage is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

4. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

For orders outside France (and especially outside the EU), customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are:

  • the responsibility of the customer
  • not included in the product price or shipping fees

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, Rêverie Vintage cannot be held responsible for:

  • lost parcels
  • stolen packages
  • delivery delays

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check with your local post office
  • Ask neighbors or building management
