We curate unique second-hand and vintage pieces, each with its own story. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Nature of Our Products

All items sold on Rêverie Vintage are second-hand and vintage.

This means:

  • Minor signs of wear may be present
  • Small imperfections are part of the garment’s history
  • These are not considered defects

We always aim to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, and visuals so you can shop confidently.

2. International Orders (Outside EU)

For customers located outside the European Union, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

In accordance with European and French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

To exercise this right:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • The item must meet all return conditions (see below)

4. Return Conditions (EU Only)

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In the same condition as received
  • No added damage, stains, or odors
  • All original elements included (accessories, packaging if applicable)
  • Returned within the 14-day withdrawal period

⚠️ Any item that does not meet these conditions will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom & Personalized Orders

All curated bundles, custom boxes, and made-to-order selections are considered personalized products.

  • Non-returnable
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable

This applies regardless of sizing, fit, or subjective preference.

6. Sizing & Fit Disclaimer

We provide measurements to guide you, but:

  • Vintage sizing varies significantly from modern sizing
  • Fit depends on body shape and personal preference
  • It is not possible to guarantee a perfect fit

By purchasing, you acknowledge this variability.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Incorrect, or
  • Significantly damaged beyond normal vintage wear

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos
  • Description of the issue

8. Return Process (EU Only)

  1. Contact us within 14 days
  2. Prepare your return (secure packaging required)
  3. Ship with tracking (recommended)

We are not responsible for lost returns

9. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Refunded to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable
