Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to France, Europe… and all over the world!
Europe : Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Ireland, Greece, Poland… and many more.
International : United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, United Arab Emirates… as well as many other destinations around the world.

What is the shipping time?
We ship all orders within 1-5 business days.
Shipments are made every Monday and Wednesday .
France: delivery within 2 to 4 working days after dispatch, via Colissimo or Mondial Relay .
Europe: delivery within 2 to 4 working days after dispatch, via Mondial Relay / Delivengo
Rest of the world! Delivery within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, via Delivengo
Can customs charges apply to my order?
Customs fees may apply depending on the regulations in force in your country, and remain the responsibility of the customer.
If these fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, a reshipping fee will be applied.
An invoice will be sent to you by email, and the order will be reshipped upon receipt of payment.
Returns
How to return an item?
As our pieces are vintage, second-hand and unique, we do not accept returns.
Each item is unique, and we take special care to provide detailed descriptions and accurate measurements.
We strongly encourage you to carefully check these measurements and compare them to your own before ordering to ensure the piece fits you perfectly.
If you have any doubts about the size or would like more information about an item, please do not hesitate to write to us - we will be happy to help you before your purchase! ✨
I want to cancel my order: how do I do this?
You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
For any cancellation request, please contact us as soon as possible at info@myreverievintage.com , indicating the details of your order.
Once the order has been shipped, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to cancel it.
Withdrawal Policy
We offer a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase.
If you wish to return an item within this period, you will need to provide us with a valid reason, and the return shipping costs will be your responsibility .
This policy is intended to ensure fairness while respecting the precious and carefully selected nature of our vintage collection.

How do you set your prices?
Our prices are based on several key elements, to reflect the rarity and unique quality of each piece:
The length of the garment (mini, midi, maxi dress) can influence the price, because the more material there is, the higher the cost.
High-end fabrics or rare materials are often offered at a higher price.
If a coin is hard to find or particularly rare, its value may increase.
The time and effort required to hunt down each treasure also plays a significant role. Some pieces take hours, even weeks, to unearth.
Intricate details—sequins, beads, embroidery—require more attention and craftsmanship, which justifies a higher price.
Finally, each item is assessed based on its overall condition (Excellent, Good, Fair). A very well-preserved garment may be offered at a higher price.
Are the clothes washed before shipping?
Yes, each piece is thoroughly washed or cleaned before shipping.
We place great importance on the cleanliness, care and presentation of our vintage treasures, so that you receive them in the best possible condition - ready to be worn or admired.
How do I know if clothes will fit me?
Each product sheet contains precise measurements (chest size, waist, hips, length, etc.) as well as a recommended size .
We recommend comparing these measurements to your own clothing or body measurements to ensure the piece will fit.
